Applicability of Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall govern all contracts between you as a consumer and Photoalbumshop.co.uk, represented by INAGRO GmbH, Heideweg 11, 32584 Loehne, Germany, Registered in Germany, VAT number: DE 814 736 608 (hereinafter referred to as „Photoalbumshop“). We do not accept any terms and conditions of a contrare or deviate content and hereby expressly object them. Diverging provisions are valid only upon our written agreement.

Photoalbumshop is an accredited online shop and has agreed to comply to the Trusted Shops quality criteria (available at www.trustedshops.com).

Conclusion of the contract

The product’s depiction on the shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non binding online catalogue. By clicking the button „send order“ you place a binding order of the goods you added to the basket. You will immediately get the order confirmation. The contract will be concluded right after we send the order confirmation e-mail and start processing your order. If you don’t receive the goods within 2 weeks, you are not bound to the order anymore.

Partial delivery

We reserve our right for partial delivery of the goods, as long as this is within a reasonable extent. Additional delivery charges only apply on specific agreement.

Prices, delivery costs and payment

All prices are in EUR and include German VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.

You can pay the amount invoiced either by prepayment, by PayPal or by credit card. All options are without extra charge.

Only for credit card payment: Your credit card will be charged after dispatch of goods. On your credit card statement, the item will be declared as „INAGRO.de - Rolfsmeyer / 05732-9833810“.

For companies only: If you are based within the European Union please submit your VAT number. Without a valid VAT number we can not exempt you of taxes.

Retention of Title

The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of the Photoalbumshop until the customer has paid for the goods in full.

Reservation of feasibility

If the ordered goods are unavailable (due to delay or cancellation of delivery by our manufacturers or suppliers), we may withdraw from the contract. In this case we will notify you immediately and may offer to provide a similar / comparable product of equivalent quality and price. If there is no similar / comparable product available or if you do not wish to be supplied with substitute goods, you will be reimbursed for all amounts paid without delay.

Right to Cancel

Right of Cancel
You may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The cancellation period is: 7 working days for consumers based in Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain and United Kingdom; 8 working days: Hungary; 10 days: Poland; 10 working days: Greece, Italy; 14 days: Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark; Estonia, Finland, Germany, Portugal, Sweden, Latvia; 15 days: Malta and Slovenia. There does not exist a right to cancel for distance selling contracts in Switzerland. However, this period won’t start before all information obligations laid down in the "Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" have been fulfilled.

You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by a notice in writing which you leave at our address, by a notice in writing which you send by letter to our address, by fax to our business fax number, by email to our email address.

Consequences of Withdrawal

You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract.
You have to be reimbursed for the amounts you have paid within 30 days after the supplier has received your notice of withdrawal.

Specific indications:
Unless agreed otherwise, you may not exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of contracts
- for the supply of goods made to your own specifications or clearly personalized or which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software which you have unsealed,
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines

You can e-mail, write, telephone or fax us with your complaint. Our regular office hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday - Friday. Saturdays & Sundays our office is closed, but you can reach us through our online shop which is open day and night, 7 days a week (24/7).

The warranty will be carried out according to the legal regulations: In case of scarce goods we offer to either substitute or repair the goods (depending on your choice). If replacement or repair of the goods fail, you may either keep the scarce goods and receive a discount on the retail price or return the goods and receive a reimbursement for the complete retail price paid. For detailed information about possible manufacturer`s guarantees please refer to the applicable product documentation.

Trade marks

All trademarks, product and corporate names as well as company logos quoted on this website are registered and owned solely by its respective holder. They are only used in this shop as application notes for your information.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to external websites of third parties, which we have no influence on. Therefore we assume no liability for any content behind those links. The respective provider or operator of linked-to pages is solely liable for illegal, faulty or incomplete contents.
