We have decided to keep our shipping and handling charges as simple and clear as possible.
As a basic principle, we do NOT charge markups for small-volume purchases.

Flat rates:
All our deliveries – no matter what size or weight - are charged a certain shipping flat rate as specified below (depending on the customer's country of residence).
Of course, even small-volume purchases will be shipped as insured parcel by DHL worldwide or GLS worldwide.

National orders

If orders are £100,00 order value or over, we deliver free of shipping costs.
For orders less than £100,00 order value, a shipping flat rate of £5,90 applies.

International orders

The following shipping flat rates apply for orders outside Germany:

We subsidize our shipping and handling charges!
Since we have to consider not only postal charges but also packaging material as well as salaries and wages of our staff, our shipping and handling flat rates do not even cover our real postage and packing costs. But: It is our intention to keep things as simple, clear and fair as possible. This is why we agreed on standardized low shipping flat rates for our customers.
