The founders
The Fotoalbumshop.de (in Germany) was founded in 2004 by Rolfsmeyer & Rolfsmeyer GbR (partnership under the German Civil Code), owned by the two brothers Marco and Jan Bastian Rolfsmeyer.
With the help of their family, the small company - specialized in selling high quality photo albums, spiral albums, post bound albums and photo books as well as guest books - emerged as a reliable and reputable e-tailer business, serving customers Europe-wide.
In October 2006, Jan Rolfsmeyer took over the sole responsibility for this online shop, after sucessfully finishing his study of Business Administration at the officially approved, private university of applied sciences "Fachhochschule des Mittelstands", located in Bielefeld/Germany.
From the foundation of our company to now, we were able to expand our range of products and added diverse new photo album collections to our shop - now offering more than 2.000 photo albums for you to choose from.
With increasing international demand for our premium quality products, launching the english web site Photo-album-shop.com was just the logical next step. Now, customers all over the world share our passion for beautiful family, baby and wedding albums, high class materials and quality workmanship - made in Germany.
